Filipino Ginataan!

How to cook a Filipino Desert known as "Ginatoan"

Here is another type of special desert in the Filipino desert category. I would like to share a type of filipino heritage desert delacacy called "Ginataan" this is somewhat of a liquidy desert that contains various types of fruits and vegetables that would contains all the necessary nutrients and vitamins and for those various delecious fruits and vegetables.

 Instructions

The tools needed are as followed; Measuring cups and measuring spoons, strainer, bowl mixer, machine mixer, wooden ladel, flexible handle mixer, 4 seperate bowls, and a pot. The ingredients are as followed; 1 cocnut (grated) 1 tbsp of sago or tapioco, 1/2 k of gabi (diced) 4 saba bananas (sliced Crosswise) 6 secretions nangka or breed fruits in strips, 1 cups of sugar.

Steps

In step number one the first thing to do is in an seperate bowl add 1/2 cups of warm water to the coconut, (to soften the cocnut) then put the warm cocnut in an cheese cloth, wring to get 1 cup of thick coconut milk. Then gather the strainer and set aside. Repeat again the whole process with the coconut but using 2 cups of warm water then strain and boil in the pot. In step, as soon as the warm water starts to boil add the Tapoioca, gabi, and ubi, and continue to cook until it is soften and cooked. Calulate approximately aboout 10-15 minutes the Tapioca, gabi, and ubi should be completely cooked so the next would be to add the 1 cup of sugar to make it blended. In the laste step for an additional 10-15 minutes haing to cook these ingredients, set aside the thick coconut milk have it pour in the thick coconut milk. Using the wooden spatula or ladel occassionally stir all the ingredients and cook until done. (as soon as the liauid becomes thick, that currently gives a hint that it is properly cooked.
